I have loved everything about HG so far but yesterday I had a problem that HG live chat William Ho and phone rep had no resolution for. I got an email from Paypal saying my subscription to pay for my dedicated server had been canceled by HG. Both William Ho and the phone rep told me there was no way HG could cancel a customer’s Paypal subscription

Another good question from devler regarding hostgator

I currently have the “baby croc” package however from what I understand is that when you want another domain activated you have to register it and pay an extra ammount after activation even though the plan says unlimited domains. I was unaware that unlimited domains didn’t mean unlimited domains.
